Family Petitions & Marriage Visas in Houston
Bring your family together legally in the United States. We help with marriage-based green cards, parent-child petitions, siblings, and consular processing.
Your family deserves to be together: avoid costly mistakes
Applying for permanent residency (Green Card) for a spouse, parent, or child is an exciting process, but filled with technical forms and complex USCIS rules. A simple error or missing document can delay your case for months or even lead to a denial.
We help you prepare and file your complete Adjustment of Status package (Form I-130 and I-485) or guide your family members through consular processing if they are in their home country.

Questions about family visas
What is Adjustment of Status?
Adjustment of Status is the process that allows a foreign national already physically present in the US to apply for permanent residency (Green Card) without returning to their home country. It generally requires having entered legally (with inspection).
What if my sponsor does not meet the minimum income requirements?
If the primary petitioner does not meet the income levels required by the poverty guidelines for the Affidavit of Support (Form I-864), you can use a qualified joint sponsor who agrees to sign and financially back the application.
